1Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, signing in to the member portal, applying for our 1-Year Annual Membership, or contributing to our charitable programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our digital services.
2Charitable Mission & Humanitarian Purpose
Shubham Karoti Foundation operates strictly as a non-profit humanitarian and spiritual welfare trust rooted in the Vedic principle "सर्वभूत हिते रताः" (Devoted to the welfare of all living beings). All contributions and enrollments directly support on-ground causes:
31-Year Annual Membership Terms
Our 1-Year Annual Membership requires an annual contribution of ₹1,000 (INR). By becoming a registered Annual Member:
- Validity Period: Active for exactly 365 days from the date of enrollment and successful payment verification.
- Official Certificate: Members receive an official, digitally signed Membership Certificate containing a unique verifiable Member ID and QR validation link.
- Verification Registry: Anyone can independently verify authentic certificate holders at our public portal: shubhamkaroti.org/certificates.
- Non-Transferable: Membership is tied to the enrolled individual and cannot be sold, transferred, or reassigned.
- Roles & Governance: Annual Membership is a philanthropic community affiliation. Administrative, editor, or trustee privileges are governed separately by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Trust Deed.
4Charitable Contributions & Refund Policy
All voluntary donations and seva payments made to Shubham Karoti Foundation via online gateways, UPI, or direct bank transfer are dedicated immediately to ongoing social programs.
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Because charitable funds are deployed directly toward humanitarian provisions (such as fodder purchase and medical supplies), donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation or membership payment was made in error, duplicated due to network failure, or charged fraudulently:
Please notify us within 7 calendar days of the transaction by emailing shubhamkarotifoundation24@gmail.com with your transaction reference ID, payment screenshot, and bank details. Upon verification, genuine duplicate/erroneous charges will be refunded to the original source account within 7 to 10 business days.
5Intellectual Property & Website Use
The name "Shubham Karoti Foundation", the official logo, spiritual emblem, website design, text articles, and photographs of our seva activities belong exclusively to the Trust. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our branding or materials for commercial gains or unauthorized fundraising without prior written consent from the Board of Trustees.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any matters arising from the use of this website or membership enrollment shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, difference, or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
